Composed of 100% Gamay from a blend of 2 plots for a total of 3ha. The manual harvest are followed with a cold carbonic fermentation without SO2 and only with indigenous yest. The wine is aged on the lees in high volume wooden barrels and concrete tank during 5 to 8 months. Visually, nice ruby robe, with lot of life and very attractive. On the nose, the wine is fresh with delicate red fruits (strawberry, raspberry, cherry). On the palate, it’s full of life and fresh from the attack. It’s a light-body wine perfect for pairing for your cold cuts, cheese or white meats

The wine is aged on the lees in high volume wooden barrels during 6 to 9 months. Visually, the wine has deep ruby robe, with lot of life and very attractive. On the nose, the bouquet has spicy notes, notes of fruits like peach, raspberry or reseda. In mouth, this full-body wine has a nervous attack and a high minerality. A wine able to be forgotten few years in your cellar but also really drinkable from now

The wine is aged on the lees in high volume wooden barrels during 6 to 9 months. Visually, the wine has a deep ruby robe, with lot of life and very attractive. On the nose, the bouquet is full of reds fruits and floral notes like peony, raspberry and reseda. In mouth, it’s a medium-body wine with a fruity attack, really generous and elegant at the same time. A wine who can be kept in your cellar for decades.

The wine is aged on the lees in high volume wooden barrels during 8 to 12 months. Visually, the wine nice has a ruby robe, with lot of life and very attractive. On the nose, the wine is really smooth, delicate with notes of fruit on his youth but goes with years on Burgundy flavors (violet, rose). In mouth, this full-body wine has floral notes on the retro-olfaction. Impressive finish who seems to never wants to ends… Can be kept 10 years in your cellar
