Eye: Beautiful green highlights, the effervescence is with an abundante perlage of small bubbles. The mousse is enduring
Nose: 1st nose on dried fruits, hazelnuts and apricots. The second nose evolves to notes of torrification
Mouth: The mouth is rich and balanced with a stunning tension on the final. The attack suggest notes of blond tobacco, candied fruits which evolve towards hazelnut, bringing to mind the aromas smelled by the nose
