A blend of 50 different Crus wih 20% of Chardonnay, 40% of Pinot Noir and 40% of Pinot Meunier, Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut expresses the quality and diversity of the House tradition. Visually, it has a sparkling pale yellow robe, suggestive of vivacity. On the nose, the Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut is delicate, elegant and balanced. The striking freshness and vivacity of the floral and, yellow and fresh fruits fragrances take root, before giving way to subtle notes of vanilla and butter, lending the wine a fruity and consistent character. Ampleness and vivacity balance out in the mouth, developing into a flavour of round and vinous elegance. A fresh, balanced champagne with a long finish.
Composed of 50% Pinot Noir, 25% Pinot Meunier and 25% Chardonnay, this is a cuvee that is ample and structured balanced with a certain freshness. On the appearance, Perrier-Jouët Blason Rosé is graced with a luminous rose colour, shot through with glints ofpale orange. Its fine, lively and persistent sparkle lends it an intense freshness. On the nose, it’s a blend of pomegranates, pears, apricots, blood oranges, the fragrances of mature red fruits… a juicy and generous blend that gives way to notes of biscuit, butter and pastries. On the palate, it’s a sharp and strong sensation, the Perrier-Jouët Blason Rosé is a supple and complex wine. Rich and long in the mouth. A gourmet champagne, with the authentic character of a rosé.
Composed of 50% Chardonnay from the Grands Crus of Cramant and Avize, 45% Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims and 5% of Pinot Meunier from Dizy and matured during 6 years inPerrier-Jouet cellars, the cuvée Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque 2007 is the fruit of an astonishing year marked by a very mild winter and an exceptional spring. On the appearance, it’s a light gold with an almost radiant clarity and fine, vibrant bubbles. On the nose, you have notes of magnolia, honeysuckle and citrus aromas (bergamot, orange, lemon peel) clothed in just-ripe pear and peach notes with a hint of minerality. On the palate, Bold initial flavours are followed by a wonderfully persistent crystalline freshness, revealing white fruit flavours complemented by notes of almond milk.
Composed exclusively of Grands Crus, this blend has 50% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Noir and 5% Pinot Meunier. Pinot Noir red wines is then added to the cuvée to give its subtle and pure Rosé hue. This Belle Epoque Rose 2006 is matured during 6 years in cellars. Crafted only in remarkable vintages, this wine is the result of a year of nature’s generosity. On the appearance, the robe is pale Rosé with hints of orange and a very lively mousse. The nose is rounded yet delicate aromas of red fruits (red currants, raspberries and pomegranate) combine with blood orange and grapefruit. This is followed by hints of nuts, brioche, honey and caramel. In mouth the attack is lively and fresh, yet rounded. The palate is intense, generous and powerful, yet delicate, with purity of fruit, great finesse and a long, lingering finish.
Composed of 100% Chardonnay from two legendary vineyard parcels: Bouron Leroi and Bouron du midi, situated in the heart of the Côte des Blancs in the terroir of Cramant. These parcels have been owned by Perrier-Jouët since the early 19th Century. The purest and most accomplished expression of the House style, crafted only in remarkable vintages. On the appearance, the robe is clear and bright. Opalescent with tinges of green and a persistent mousse. The nose is generous, yet also delicate aromas fill the nose: lilac blossom and young white fruits such as peach and grapefruit. Hints of orange confit, vanilla and cream bring a subtle richness to the bouquet. The mouth start with a fresh attack, racy and enticing. In the mouth it is delicate yet dynamic, with beautiful length that seduces the palate.
