    How to cancel my order?

    If you want to cancel your order, contact the chat on the website (link of website) or by email (link of email or email adress) and our dedicated team will answer your request as fast as possible.

    On open hour you could expect 4 hours after your enquiry. Please take note that you will need your order number.

    Any order issues (broken, corked bottle, wrong wine, wrong vintage)?

    How can I place an order?

    You want to order? We are here to help you. Follow these steps:

    1. You will need first to create an account
    2. Go to the Wine Collection.
    3. Take your time to select your favorite wine.
    4. Once you have selected the wines you wanted, click on “add to cart” on the center of the screen underneath the description of the wine.
    5. Now that you have selected and added to cart all your wines. you will find on the top right corner your cart.
    6. Press the cart button
    7. Double check your order and check out
    How do I Sign Up?

    If you are still not a member or logged in your account follow this steps:

    1. Look at the top right corner, there is a login/ register button
    2. Click on it
    3. Enter your details if you have an account. If not, click on the Create an account.
    4. Enter your email address in the register part and you officially created your account
    How can I follow my order?

    Do you do International Shipping?
    Yes we can deliver overseas, depending on the region where you want the parcel to be delivered. The cost and shipping options can vary depending on your shipment location.

    What payment method can we use?
    You want to buy wine from us? no worries we got you. We have all the easiest payment methods. We accept all types of credit cards ( Visa, Mastercard, American Express…), we also accept Paynow. No cash payment and check payment will be allowed.
